After analyzing the competitors and the service needs of the region we are clearly able offer an undeniable advantage to this customer base. Our focus has always been very simple; offer exemplary customer service at a cost-conscious price. The substantial market growth in valet services, garage management, and ground transportation that we have achieved has demonstrated that our commitment to excellence has noticed by all that come in contact with our organization. It has also been our policy to monitor the level of our customer service; therefore, we perform internal and external quality audits via unannounced inspections and a “secret shopper” evaluation. We tailor our operations to meet the challenges of each project and work to solve problems, not create them. Our distinguished list of clientele includes: The Ritz-Carlton, Marriott Hotel, Trump Towers, Crowne Plaza Hotel, and Hilton Hotel.

Our ownership, management, and staff are dedicated to providing consistently professional parking services. The management team has been groomed from within the company, lending to an apprentice-style promotion process. We have developed a seven-level training program in customer service excellence, encouraging our staff to move up in the company by completing a combination of classroom hours and field evaluations. Our training and auditing programs are proprietary to Supreme Parking and are second to none in terms of parking management and service excellence.

The first thing your customers see when they arrive at your establishment is your valet service. Because first impressions last a long time, we have gone to great lengths to create 3 different types of training classes to ensure exemplary customer service; one in etiquette, second in safety, and the third in maximizing the available space (so that all of your patrons parking needs are met). These training classes have proven very effective, and helps ensure that guests will remember the courteous attendant who serviced their needs professionally and expeditiously.

Our strict hiring requirements include a license background check with the State DMV the license was issued in (available for all 50 states). In addition, the driving record is checked for any violations that may inhibit the safe operation of a vehicle.

We give extensive training to our employees to make sure that they will make our customers satisfied. Trainees use a company car and practice our parking regulations until we are confident in their ability to handle a customer's vehicle. The parking safety standards we have developed insure that each establishment becomes a place where customers feel comfortable leaving their vehicles.
